Knowing the dimensions of your part ensures that your process is indeed producing the part you promised. With non-conformance, it can be difficult determining which dimensional attributes are causing the problem. Give us your drawings and your part, and let us do the work of checking point-by-point all critical areas. We will report to you the non-conforming areas, and these identified areas can be addressed in your process.

We can also make a CMM program for you in our facility and then have our professional technician transfer the program to your CMM for your future use.

Dimensional Inspection Solutions

First Article Inspection (FAI)

We will perform a complete, independent, and documented physical inspection to verify that prescribed production methods have produced a fully conforming item as specified. Whether this is a full or partial FAI, we work with you to meet your requirements and timeline.

Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)

When it comes to reporting, we are at the leading edge. We have a wide range of reporting tools at our disposal, including the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP's). Our software comes with many different reporting templates as well as the option to easily create your own custom reports.

Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (Gage R&R)

Variable or attribute checking fixtures need to be verified and certified before they are used in production. Gauges and checking fixtures should be verified annually. We can verify your tooling to ISO/IEC 17025.
