PowerINSPECT Lite

PowerINSPECT Lite is a low-cost version of PowerINSPECT, ideal for those applications needing basic measurement, inspection and reverse engineering functions.

New expanded GD&T capability includes true position, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and concentricity. The user interface is "wizard" style, to easily guide the operator through the process. This package features a real time graphical display with an easy-to-use interface. The software provides the ability to make section cuts and generate 3D curves for export. In addition, all geometric shapes (lines, curves, circles, cones, cylinders, etc.) can be created and exported. On-screen feedback and color-coded graphics allow immediate validation for each measured point. The software automatically generates fully customized Excel(R) reports. When combined with CimCore's portable CMM, PowerINSPECT Lite allows for rapid inspection of complex 3D parts. PowerINSPECT Lite does not provide the CAD-to-part comparison function nor the geometry explorer found in PowerINSPECT.

PowerINSPECT

PowerINSPECT is a Windows(R) program for inspection and reverse engineering. PowerINSPECT provides the tools necessary to rapidly inspect complex 3D parts and generate CAD-to-part comparisons.

Tube Inspection- DOCS 2.0

DOCS 2.0 and ROMER portable CMMs provide these productivity-enhancing benefits:

• DOCS overlays inspection geometry onto photos of the part for unprecedented ease in visualizing the part set-up and context. This Transprojection function is enabled by the digital camera built into ROMER's INFINITE series portable CMMs.
• Tube measurement and geometry measurement in ONE software - eliminating the need to run multiple applications.
• Ability to group multiple tubes in one part file - this keeps all parts of a tube assembly in one file.
• Surface inspection with contact or non-contact tube probes - inspect all parts of the tube including bends, brackets and flanges.

• Extraction of geometry from tubes - users can break a tube file down into individual geometric entities for easy manipulation.

Tube Inspection Station

ROMER CimCore's Tube Inspection Station provides all the tools needed to inspect everything from hydraulic tubing to exhaust pipe. When used with the optional magnetic base, the system is the only portable tube inspection system on the market.

The package consists of a six axes articulating arm CMM, a desktop computer and monitor, Windows(R) Supravision tube inspection software, an inspection table and a non-contact tube probe. This package will determine tube lengths, bend angles, tube spring-back and corrected bend data. The data, including both absolute and incremental length rotation and angle data, can be output in a variety of formats. ROMER CimCore's non-contact infrared tube probes are suitable for measuring from wire to 150 mm (6 in.) tubes. These intelligent probes are changeable on-the-fly without tools or the need to recalibrate.

When used with the optional magnetic base, the ROMER CimCore Tube Inspection System can be taken to the workpiece to measure pipes, lines, hoses and tubes in place, thereby saving time and effort.

Supravision

Supravision is the premier software package for inspecting or reverse engineering plastic, rubber or metallic tubing using a non-contact infrared probe on a ROMER CimCore portable coordinate measuring machine. The software will determine tube lengths, bend angles, tube spring back and corrected bend data.

Easy-to-use features include:
