First – What is Metrology measurement? The definition of the word Metrology is the science of measurement. A metrology machine can be any number of different technologies such as video measurement, tactile measurement or laser measurement just to name a few. One of the most common CMM metrology equipment is the Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) which can incorporate all three measurement techniques listed above.

Canadian Measurement Metrology has always focused on providing the best Metrology service and metrology training in Canada. To support our cmm metrology Ontario market we have two facilities. Our 19,000 square ft facility in Mississauga supports the industrial metrology community by holding Knowledge Tours designed to educate our customers on the latest products and services available in the metrology market today. This is where we also hold our metrology training using software such as PC-DMIS, Power Inspect and Polyworks. Our Metrology service department is based out of this location but we provide metrology services Toronto, Mississauga, Ontario and all of Canada. This is also where we rebuild CMM metrology machines for customers and display our new and used metrology machines.

Our Measurement services center is located in Ayr, Ontario just west of Cambridge. Here we provide Metrology service in the form of measurement and scanning for customers. We are the company to contact for Metrology in Canada.
