PowerINSPECT Lite™ is a low-cost version of PowerINSPECT, ideal for those applications needing basic measurement, inspection and reverse engineering functions.

New expanded GD&T capability includes true position, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and concentricity. The user interface is "wizard" style, to easily guide the operator through the process. This package features a real time graphical display with an easy-to-use interface. The software provides the ability to make section cuts and generate 3D curves for export. In addition, all geometric shapes (lines, curves, circles, cones, cylinders, etc.) can be created and exported. On-screen feedback and color-coded graphics allow immediate validation for each measured point. The software automatically generates fully customized Excel(R) reports. When combined with CimCore's portable CMM, PowerINSPECT Lite™ allows for rapid inspection of complex 3D parts. PowerINSPECT Lite™ does not provide the CAD-to-part comparison function nor the geometry explorer found in PowerINSPECT.
