PowerINSPECT™ is a Windows® program for inspection and reverse engineering. PowerINSPECT provides the tools necessary to rapidly inspect complex 3D parts and generate CAD-to-part comparisons.

New expanded GD&T capability includes true position, perpendicularity, angularity, parallelism and concentricity. The user interface is "wizard" style, to easily guide the operator through the process.

This package features a real-time graphical display with an easy-to-use interface. The software provides the ability to make section cuts and generate 3D curves for export. In addition, all geometric shapes (lines, curves, circles, cones, cylinders, etc.) can be created and exported. On-screen feedback and color-coded graphics allow immediate validation for each measured point.

The software automatically generates fully customized Excel® reports. Reports and Excel templates can be made as simple or complex as required and can be tailored to suit all customer or quality requirements.
