Due to an increase in our calibration business, Canadian Measurement-Metrology has hired two new service technicians. Scott MacEachern and Tyler MacLeod are both graduates of the Electronic Engineering Technology Program at Durham College. In addition to their college training, Scott and Tyler bring real-world experience to their new positions – Scott in drafting and quality control and Tyler in electronics customer service as an audio-visual technician. Both have completed our extensive 'CMM Calibration' program and are fully conversant with all our ISO accredited calibration procedures.  Scott is qualified to calibrate cmms and vision systems, while Tyler is qualified on cmms at this time. We realize calibration wait times have become lengthy due to the recent increase in business, and are committed to meeting your calibration needs on a timely basis. Scott and Tyler are raring to go and eager to meet you, and look forward to the opportunity to exceed your expectations for calibration service. Remember, anyone can certify a coordinate measuring machine – we calibrate them to meet or exceed the manufacturer's specifications, depending on their age and condition.

We are also looking for PC DMIS Software Support Technicians to train and support our large PC DMIS customer base. Requirements for the position are:

• Conversant with PC DMIS Measurement Software
• In depth knowledge of current quality practices
• GD&T and SPC are an asset
